how do you redeem?
Gift cards can be redeemed using the MAKER App, by phone or in person. If redeeming on the app, add your gift card as a payment method before checking out. Here are step by step instructions:
1.Ensure you're logged in and tap the profile icon at the top right of the app
2. Tap 'My Payment Methods' in the settings list
3. Tap 'Add a Gift Card' in the payment methods list
4. Copy and paste your gift card number from your email into the app field
Is there minimum or maximum amount for each card?
Minimum $25. Maximum $200
Is there minimum top-up amount for each card?
The minimum amount a gift card can be 'topped-up' is $10.
Can a gift card be combined with any other payment type on the app?
Unfortunately, at the moment, the MAKER app does not support split tenders. If you would like to use multiple payments, we can complete the transaction over the phone during our regular business hours - 416 - 782 - 2000.

I placed my order over the phone and want to use my gift card at the door upon delivery, is that possible?
While we cannot physically scan your gift card, you can pay the gift card portion over the phone and use your preferred payment method upon delivery for the rest!
How do you I purchase?
Gift Cards can be purchased via the MAKER Pizza website, by clicking the feed card on the MAKER App or in person at any location.
I received a plastic gift card before January 24th 2021, will it still work?Yes, plastic gift cards received before January 24th, 2021 will still work just the same as before.
Can I still purchase a plastic gift card?Yes, plastic gift cards can be purchased in-person at any location
I received an e-gift card before January 24th, 2021, will it still work?E-Gift cards received before Janaury 24th, 2021 can still be used for pickup on the MAKER App, and for both pickup and delivery on the phone. They will not work with delivery orders placed on the app.
Can you redeem for pickup and delivery and over the phone?Orders placed over the phone can be redeemed while on the phone for pickup and delivery, or in-person for pickup orders only.
Can you receive Loyalty points if redeemed on the Maker Pizza App?Gift card transactions processed on the MAKER App are eligible to earn loyalty points.
Can you transfer balances to someone else?Yes, you can transfer your balance to another user using the GiveX portal on the web.
Do the gift cards expire?No, MAKER gift cards do not expire!
